At AZcare, Martha is responsible for establishing the company’s financial architecture, including capital planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational controls. She ensures the organization is investor-ready, audit-ready, and built to support disciplined hiring, efficient deployment of capital, and long-term scalability.

Previously, Martha held senior finance and operations roles at BabbleLabs, Clarent, and GE Capital, where she guided companies through periods of rapid growth, fundraising, and organizational transition. Her experience operating across both startup and enterprise environments enables AZcare to balance speed with structure as the business evolves.
